Whether adapted to an existing elevator or installed in a new construction, Mailmobile® can communicate with your elevators to complete routes on multiple floors. The Elevator Supervisor continually monitors the status of an elevator and vehicles via communication devices mounted on each floor, allowing Mailmobile® to proceed into an elevator and exit without interfering with passengers.

Guidance and Navigation:
The invisible fluorescent guidepath is applied over existing surfaces. The guidepath is stimulated by ultraviolet light and tracked by photoelectric sensors. The Mailmobile® will not operate when it is off the guidepath, except under manual operation, ensuring safety for both people and equipment.

Annunciators:
An annunciator gives a visual and audible warning to alert a person that the vehicle is about to arrive at their location. This is extremely useful when it is not practical or possible to stop the vehicle within sight or earshot of a user.
Automated Door-Opener Systems:
Almost any door can be easily configured to open automatically for passage of a Mailmobile® vehicle, even existing automatic doors. This system also allows for manual operation, so your staff can continue to use the door easily.
